I just wanted to write a note and say thanks for all the help your driver Shane gave us over the holiday weekend. My family and I (two young kids) were on our way back from Buena Vista when our truck broke down with our gooseneck trailer. Even though there was some miscommunication between the insurance company and your dispatch team (Shane was told it was a 5th wheel, not a gooseneck) Shane was still awesome and worked hard to ensure both our truck and trailer were able to make it home and made an otherwise long day just a little more tolerable. It was a long and frustrating day and he could have easily said he wasn't able to tow the trailer as well but he made it happen and got us home through some really nasty traffic. Hands down a great experience coming out of a major vehicle breakdown.
My day in the mountains took a turn for the worse when my car broke down only 15 miles from my destination. With 2 overheating dogs in the car and in an area with no cell service, I had to ask some kind strangers to call AAA for me when they got back into town and within cell range. Quentin came out within 20 minutes of the call. He was very polite, personable and professional and got us to our destination in no time. Thank you, Quentin, you're the best. I would definitely recommend Ryan's Recovery and request Quentin if you can.
We were stranded outside the Eisenhower tunnel headed to Breckenridge to meet my family as a memorial to my late father we called and (I believe it was Shane sorry can't really recall but very nice man been with your company a long time and doesn't work weekends) he came to our rescue we thought the motor was toast he told us not to worry was probably the fuel pump.... long story short it was he got us to the house we were staying at safe and sound. So please please give him a raise and a huge thanks from the Kansas folk in the Geen Ford F150. It was the fuel pump and we were able to fix it and made it home. Again HUGE THANKS! For what it's worth I will recommend you guys to anyone who will listen!
Our 19-ft. travel trailer blew a tire outside of Frisco, and we were riding on the rim. (In a blizzard the middle of May, no less!) We limped into Frisco and called Ryan's, and Shane was there in minutes. He helped us get the spare on and got us quickly rolling again. Best service possible!
I was recently on vacation in Breckenridge when I had an accident in my rental car. Ryan's Recovery was sent by the rental agency and I am really glad they were the recovery service of choice. Charlie was professional and quick with the vehicle pickup. He was also a wealth of interresting info on the ride to Denver to drop the damaged vehicle at the auto repair place. I recommend these guys to anyone who has the misfortune of having a car issue like me. They made it a lot easier to deal with. Thank you to the team at Ryan's Recovery.
Hello my name is Abby! My best friend and I are on a cross country road trip and got a hole in our tire in Colorado. We left a review on your Facebook page but also just wanted to let you know how phenomenal we thought Shane, our driver, was. He went above and beyond for us to get us back on the road. He made our stressful situation a lot more relaxed and definitely made us laugh! So thank you!
This email is way overdue, but I wanted you to know that Andy did a fantastic job towing me back to Denver almost two weekends ago. Andy is a super professional guy and we talked about his kids and compared our interests the whole way back. He calmed me down regarding our near-death experience too.
Traveling Sunday on I-70 and car broke down in Eisenhower Tunnel. Wanted to pass along my thanks to two of your drivers. Drew and Greg. They could not have been any more helpful and great to deal with. My hats off to them for a job well done on a miserable weather night.
just wanted to send you all a BIG thank you for helping me out Sunday evening. I believe our driver's name was Greg. He just happened upon us as I was on the phone with AAA to get you guys dispatched. He graciously towed my car while he was in the process of towing another gentleman's car already. Thank you to Greg for pulling over for us and for taking us all the way home to Berthoud. We had no heat and no blankets and it was getting cold fast. You guys were an absolute God-send Sunday night.
I just wanted to let you know that we were very happy with the services we received after breaking down on I-70 east just past Dillon. It was getting dark on Sat. August 13th and one of your drivers, Shane, gave my four children and myself a ride to Thornton, Colorado while he towed the Suburban on the back of the tow truck. He was on time and was very nice to my children. We are very happy to give him a positive reference.
To all who read this memo! Last night, my wife and I were in peril on the road with a breakdown of our Sienna van halfway up the long hill going to the E-tunnel on the Frisco side. Things seemed pretty bleak until Shane of the Ryan's towing service showed up unexpectantly, like an answer to prayer, and really helped us.
Today due to the adverse conditions I ended up calling AAA and the wrecker service that was first on scene was Ryans! Andy was great! He was friendly, helpful, and very polite! I really appreciated the level of service I received in a stressful situation! Thanks so much for not just the area of services you provide, but the excellence you put with it! I will not let anyone else (Other than Ryan's) ever tow me if that situation would arise again.
I love these guys, every time I call they charge right over and take care of my needs, friendly and helpful. If you need towing or recovery in the Summint County Colorado area give Ryans Recovery a call.
