As a passenger of a service from Ryan's recovery, I would like to give the biggest shout out to their recovery driver Lucas. Our friend called him out to recover him after sliding off a snowy road. Lucas showed up to a far location within 15 minutes and pulled him out with ease. During that time another vehicle got stuck and Lucas pulled him out in short time as well. Wildly enough when we left in a 3rd vehicle, the steering went out and Lucas had no problems loading up our vehicle to take back to town. As a manager of a 24hr road side commercial tire shop, I could not ask for or request a better technician to add to my team. Lucas and all other road side techs (tow and recovery especially) do not get the thanks they deserve. Thank you again Lucas, I hope your company recognizes you for your excellent service.
